Happy Halloween Everyone!

Today is National Caramel Apple Day!

Cream Cheese Caramel Dip

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. white granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Soften cream cheese in microwave (approximately 20 seconds). Add sugars and vanilla. Return to microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Pour caramel dip in serving dish and top with nuts, if desired. Serve on platter with assortment of sliced apples and/or strawberries. Dip may be served hot or cold.
